Wow! I can’t believe it’s been 3 months since I last posted.

My husband and I decided against regular maintenance spankings and decided instead to expand the reasons for spanking. We had normal rules like no lying, obey, do chores etc. Typical stuff. Now we include bad attitudes, rambunctious behavior, high uncontrolled energy, manners, bad grades or sportsmanship, and whenever I just want to. I told my husband that spanking is a great stress reliever and brings a lot of calm to the house. They are on their best behavior afterwards which is great for times we can’t have them acting up. Plus I love the cuddling and closeness.

We had a family meeting to explain all of this. They were surprisingly good about it. We’ve only done a few.

The first (not counting the two in August) was in early September. The 8&10 YOs had soccer games and the 5 YO was with Dad running errands. After the game we stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. The boys were just rambunctious and still full of energy. When we got home I sent 10 to the corner while I took care of 8. I removed his socks, shin guards, shorts and underwear (they removed their cleats at the park and wear slides). After giving him a roasting over the lap I removed his uniform shirt and dressed him in some play clothes and fresh underwear. I hugged and cuddled him as he cried then had him gather up his dirty uniform to take to the laundry room. He didn’t get corner time because this wasn’t a punishment. He went to his room to play with his legos. Next was 10’s turn. The same as 8 but I spent a little more time working on his butt and used a wooden spoon for a few slaps which sent him to the moon. That night before bed 10 took a shower and I didn’t see his bottom but 8 still needs help so I still give baths. 8’s butt was still sore and pink looking.

The next time was in late September when we went back to school shopping. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with any horsing around. So all three were spanked before leaving for the mall. The first store we stopped at was The Children’s Place and my 5 YO blurted out to the cashier that they got spankings before coming. She just laughed and I told her that 3 little boys just need to have hot bottoms sometimes. We both laughed.

The third time we did maintenance was for the 8 YO only. We decided to take the 5 YO to Paw Patrol on ice. 8 and 10 are both too old for Paw Patrol but we know 8 still watches it and secretly enjoys it. He even has a couple of the stuffed dogs on his bed and some Paw Patrol briefs. So 10 stayed with my parents and we took 5&8. 5 had been a good boy all week whereas 8 was, well a typical little boy, all week. So while my husband drove 10 over to my parents for the night I took 8 to his room to review his behavior for the week and to set expectations for the night. I then removed his pants and underwear and placed him over my lap. I gave him a long session, something that he would feel all night. It was a painful experience and I’m sure he felt sore and uncomfortable all night. When I redressed him I made sure to put him in his old Paw Patrol briefs. His little butt can still squeeze into a size 6 underwear. They were tight on his red behind and the characters were faded but I think they still looked good and fun. The boys had a lot of fun but I couldn’t help but wonder how many other kids had hot butts too.

The next one will be before Christmas as a maintenance for all three.
