Wow he sounds like a bit of a perv. I've talked about the worst paddling I got at school a few times. The Assistant Principal handled the discipline at the Jr. High I went to. He had a reputation for paddling way too hard and it was deserved. He had a large paddle with holes in it and when he paddled, he used both hands and would swing with full force and from experience, I can tell you he paddled girls as hard as he did boys. He was very cold and business like in the way he handled it too. I can't say he enjoyed hitting kids, but, I believe he got some satisfaction from it. You were normally paddled over clothing by him, whatever you wore at the time. If you had pockets, you would have to empty them and then lay across the desk with your arms stretched forward and your feet on the floor. His paddling was slow, hard and very deliberate. My one experience with him, I was wearing a short skirt. The school didn't have any rules about skirt length as long as your butt wasn't showing when you were standing up. Mine was maybe five or six inches above my knees. It was a heavy pleated skirt and should have provided a little protection, but when he had me get into position, the skirt rode up revealing about half of my butt. I was also wearing nylon bikini panties and they were riding up when I bent over so my bottom was about a quarter of the way bare. I didn't know how exposed I was until he patted the paddle against my bottom. The Secretary had been called in to witness since I was a girl and she held my wrists to keep me in place. When I felt the paddle rest against my half bare butt, I tried to get loose to reach back and cover my butt, but she held me in place and told me to hold still. When he drew back, he hit me full force and honey, I can honestly say, I had never been hit that hard in all my life. I couldn't catch my breath. It was a few seconds before I got the second swat and I screamed and then I was bawling at the top of my lungs with the third. I fell on the floor when the Secretary let go of my wrists. Holding my bottom and crying at the top of my lungs. He went back around to the other side of the desk put the paddle away and told the Secretary to help me up. I couldn't sit down at all so standing there holding my bottom and crying, he handed me a note, told me to take it home, get it signed and bring it back tomorrow. Then he dismissed me. It was done after School. So I stopped at the restroom and was crying while I checked my butt in the mirror. It was already a deep purple from the paddling. I had some serious bruising that lasted well over a week. I was out of school for the rest of the week. Momma wasn't happy to say the least and went back to the school the next day to confront them about it. I guess it was the first time they had ever been confronted about a child being spanked too hard. The Assistant was removed from the position even though he was still employed but he was not allowed to paddle anymore. His contract was not renewed at the end of the year. Momma also withdrew the permission to allow us to be paddled at school. I don't know if he got some kind of perverse thrill out of hitting kids or not if you know what I mean, but I believe he was on a bit of a power trip.
