If I remember correctly, about 3 hours. From the time I knew I was in for it, until the time I actually got it.

Got a call from Mom while I was at a friend's house about something she had found out I'd done. She was pissed and said we'd "discuss it" when I got back home. I knew what that meant.

She was angry enough that she probably would've just driven over and picked me up herself, but my friend lived pretty far out in the country and it made more sense to just wait until they were coming back into town to drop me off.

Spent the next few hours trying to pretend everything was fine and I wasn't worried as hell.

"Hey dude, what did your Mom want?"

"Oh, nothing."
