Embarrassing as it is to say, I got my last spanking shortly after my eighteenth birthday. I had let the fact that I was legally an adult go to my head and was really acting bratty. I had been backtalking Momma and Daddy was having no part of it. He literally told me I was getting too big for my britches and then I had to pull those britches down and go over his knee. I may have been an adult, but I cried like a baby as his big hand scorched my bare butt. It was a lesson in humility being spanked like that in front of Momma and my sibs. I was sulking in my room feeling totally embarrassed and my feelings were hurt too. He came in after a while and we had a Daddy/daughter talk. He let me know he loved me and I was always gonna be his little girl, and this was always gonna be my home. But if I was going to live there, It was going to be by their rules and the first rule was to respect my Momma.

Being a head strong Southern Girl, there were times I still pushed it, but I knew that I could find still myself over his knee again if I pushed things too far. So I didn't.
