--It's really difficult for a boy getting a spanking. Consider that the girls present included classmates, included neighbors, included anyone you saw continuously or someone you didn't get along with. Suddenly it's like they got to stand next to you in the boys room. They saw everything !! And they of course liked to talk about it.

--Mostly it was at a local bar, where the girls room was sometimes out of service. There was a coed bathroom in a college building, and girls were also always barging into a boys dorm bathroom, while the boys wouldnt walk into theirs. Urinals can be unisex, but construction companies never know what they're doing. For example, they don't use partitions, and are constructed stupidly. But girls and boys can use the same ones together if properly designed. And girls have choices of positions, and are easily unexposed in front. Surprisingly, many girls will comfortably expose their bottoms as long as they keep their fronts out of view.
(There are proposals to have coed bathrooms with coed urinals in some places, but Americans never like changes much.)
