Johnny hon, I know you weren't addressing me but I feel like I need to say something since I started shaving young. I did it for comfort and hygiene. To a teenage girl when they are having their period and wearing a sanitary pad having it stick to their pubic hair with dried blood caked in their hair. Being shaved is a blessing. Wearing a swimsuit and having hair hanging out the sides of the leg openings is a bit of an embarrassment and kinda uncomfortable as well. Also, as far as being "exposed to everybody I knew" goes, It's not like I was walking around naked 24/7. But I was pretty uninhibited as were my sibs. Plus, hair or not, our spankings were usually done bare in the living room in front of whoever happened to be there at the time and being a little more comfortable about myself, made it a little less embarrassing for me.
