When I was 12 my 11-yr-old sister Beth got into a spat with the neighbor girl Tami, who was also 11.
Tami and her mom came over and the girls were made to apologize to each other and then Tami was told she was grounded.
But my mom turned Beth over her lap, flipped up her skirt, ignored my sister's pleas "no mom no not in front of THEM!" and slipped her panties to her ankles.
