I have to express my sorrow to your sister. I don't know exactly what she did involving this girl but I have tremendous sympathy for her given the other girl, presumably just as guilty as her, was merely grounded while your sister had to submit to a bare bottom hand spanking. I'm sure it was very shameful and humbling for her. Personally, I think she at very least should have been allowed to keep her panties on. Surely that alone would have been embarrassing enough. Not that anything can be done about it now, just my 2 cents.
