I think that was Actress Britt Ekland that talked about getting bare bottom spankings with a carpet beater. She was spanked that way by her father up until she was eighteen if I remember correctly.

Actress Farrah Fawcett in an interview on the Howard Stern Show talked about getting spanked bare with a belt by her father.

There was also others like Shirley Temple, The Boone Sisters and quite a few more. There used to be a couple of websites that had information on Celebrities who were spanked as kids but those sites went down years ago.
