 Since it's my survey, I guess I'll be a good sport and go first.

1. What was the worst implement you were ever spanked with?

a willow switch and a school paddle with holes in it.

2. Who spanked you with it?

Switch: Granny

Paddle: Jr. High Assistant Principal

3. Your age at the time it was used on you?

Switch: six

Paddle: Thirteen

4. Reason?

Switch: Not really sure but Granny said I "sassed" her.

Paddle: Cutting History Class and leaving School Grounds.

5. State of dress? Clothed, Bare, or Partially Exposed?

Switch: Completely bare from the waist down.
Paddle: Wearing skirt and panties but both rode up and left my butt almost half bare.

6. Amount of damage? Bruises, welts, etc...

Switch: Bad welts on butt, lower back, legs (backs and front) and right arm. Also some bruising on butt and both knees scraped from struggling and falling on ground.

Paddle: Severe bruising on both buttocks, and back of upper thighs just below the creases. plus several blood blisters from the holes in the paddle on both cheeks.
