I was 9 years old

Me and Rachel were playing outside but too far where our moms couldn't see us.

5. State of dress? Clothed, Bare, or Partially Exposed?

It was bare.

6. Amount of damage? Bruises, welts, etc...

It was red, but no bruises or welts. My mom was careful with the paddle but it still was hurting me a lot.
