My father never spanked us bare, while my mother always did. And she was always the one to pull your panties down.

Even if she had tried to make me do that, I would have been too hysterical and in denial to heed her words.

When she would threaten us, she'd say, "if you don't behave, I'm going to put you over my knee, pull down your panties and spank you!"
