If i was told to be home at a specific time and if i was late with no excuse i would always get punished. There was 1 time where i had to count my hits outloud. My parents were on a cruise and one of my moms coworkers was house sitting. I was late coming home from the arcade by 8 minutes. She used a paddle on my bare bottom and had me count out the hits outloud. If i lost count she started over. That was the only time it happened. She does that with her kids if they are late coming home. They get a hit for every minute and are forced to count them out.
