I was born in 1939 most of my childhood and teen years were in the 1940 ‘s at home we got mamas hairbrush and daddy had a medium strap for serious stuff I am the oldest of 5 4 girls the youngest a boy . Our schools the teachers used a ruler the principal in the office no parents permission needed . A spanking at school was a spanking at home and maybe sent to bed right after the spanking school problems was a strapping by daddy
