Yes all the time. Being spanked on the bare bottom was pretty standard when I was growing up. I was part of the baby boomer generation, being born in 1948. Yes I really am that old! lol Aunts, uncles, friend's parents, sitters and even older siblings and cousins had the authority to spank and as I remember it you could bet your bottom dollar you would get it on the bare! I even got some bare butt spankings at kindergarten and elimentary school. That's just how things were in those days.

We got use to seeing each other naked and would often swim with kids from other families in the warm weather in the local creek with no clothes on. Boys and girls would often partake in this activity together. Skinny dipping was something most folks were fairly relaxed about.

In light of the above it is easy to see how a bare bottom over a knee awaiting a spanking was no big deal. Even when that knee belonged to someone other than your parents. Besides spankings on the bare skin would hurt more and make the punishment even more effective. Of course in hindsight it's pretty obvious that sexual arousal was also a motive here. A cute little heinie (and often 'not so little heinie')perfectly positioned and oh so god damned perfect for spanking made tanning a kids hind end a far from disagreeable task.

By the way Rob I had five biological older sisters who often enjoyed surrogate parental status over me and my other younger brother (my other brother was a lot older) and yes they were very happy to spank my bare butt when they had the chance too.
