Very interesting accounts here concerning school spankings, some of which would sound unbelievable today.
A female teacher exposing boys over 10 years old to be spanked, especially in front of class, would certainly be the ultimate in humiliation and embarrassment.

At my elementary school in the 60s we were always spanked over clothing in front of class, but if it was for something serious or repeated they could spank us bared in private and some teachers took full advantage of it.
Our worst teacher was in fifth grade and she was the one who spanked bare most often. She was about 35 years old and single and would keep you after class or during recess for a bare butt spanking which she did with gusto and took her time to prolong the punishment and exposure.

After the other kids left she would close the class door, make you stand in front of her while she sat on her chair and undo your pants and take them down followed by your underpants. She would then roll up your shirt to completely expose you and start lecturing you about your misbehaviour before making you lean over her desk for the spanking, first with her hand and then with a wooden ruler over your bare butt.
After the spanking she would let you rub your butt while she gave another lecture and not to repeat your crime again. After you calmed down she would pull up your underpants and pants again. I got two of these spankings from her in fifth grade and some other boys who were more unruly and trouble makers got it much more often.

In junior high and high spankings were much less often and always over clothing.
