I think it would be extremely rare for a biological parent to enjoy spanking their own kids.
On the other hand it would be more likely for a non-parent to enjoy spanking a kid who is not their own kid.

Yes because that kid is not getting anything at home and the adult feels a sense of duty and perhaps anger at the parents for not doing their job. For some of us it was that adult who saves us from our own parents. How many of them feel such disgust at the people with these types of kids to the point they finally say enough? You might say but that is not the child's fault. Fine but talking blue will not fix that little person ever. Not being all bible like one might actually say that evil can enter into the young vulnerable vessel. Because they are open for moral corruption from their own parents. Then one might say spanking from that adult is revenge. So be it if it saves a life.
