My sis and I got a few for talking. But a neighbor boy was a champion. We lived in Chicago and houses are a couple of feet apart. No A/C, so open windows about 6 months a year. Our bedroom window and his were nearly aligned. And our bedtime the same. Easily once a week, he would be putting up a fuss about bedtime. Then the sound of their strap smacking his bottom would be heard.
