I did try to give you a reply to your request, but it disappeared, I assume because the rules of the site specifically say the site is NOT for such explanations. You will just have to put together the details for yourself from what answers I have given about my own upbringing. I employed the same methods myself, and the three of my sons who are married are using the same methods with their own children.
