When I was growing up it was very common for female teachers to spank boys, especially in elementary school where most teachers were women.
They would spank boys either in front of class or in private, sometimes bare according to some accounts.

I myself was spanked many times by these female teachers up to 5th grade though never bare, although I had friends who went to other schools who were spanked like that sometimes.

Maybe others here have had the same experience growing up.
