Well to be blunt about it, the only time I had any real physical discomfort other than the obvious pain on my bare butt when being spanked over the knee when I was a boy was if I had an erection before or during the spanking. That was a very uncomfortable feeling laying across a lap, especially if the woman spanking me, which usually was mom was wearing shorts or a nightshirt. I was relieved and upset at the same time because, I knew I was getting another spanking from mom when I got home and sure enough she was waiting at the front door with a flyswatter in her hand. I had to drop my pants and underwear again and lean across the arm of the couch. The feeling of that rough fabric on the couch on my frontal area was even more uncomfortable than the skin on skin contact over the knee of Andy's mom. Where I had forgotten about the discomfort I felt up front when over her knee during the spanking, I was painfully aware of it when I was bent over the arm of the couch while mom spanked me.
