From parents until around 8 or so. From friends' parents sometimes until age 12. Otherwise, bent over chair, bed, or couch arm, frequently laying face down on bed or couch.

Always. Never got it over pants.

From parents only until around 8 or so. From friends' mothers sometimes. Can't recall getting it by hand from a friend's father - always a belt.
