My sister was born when I was six. Up until then my brother and I had our own rooms. So bunk beds were put in my bedroom and he moved in. He is three and half years younger than me.

I don't remember how old we were. He was probably 6 or 7 and I was 9-10. Around age 11 we had an extension built on our house and I took my parent's old bedroom.

One day I had done something to deliberately annoy him. So he decided to pee on my bed - I had the bottom bunk. I told my Mum who came in and rubbed his nose in it telling him this is what she does to the cats when the do their business inside.

I was in shock more than anything. Thankfully I didn't laugh. Mum left the room but quickly returned holding the wooden spoon. This wasn't surprising as I expected she would smack my brother.

Suddenly she grabbed me by arm tightly and said "I know you were teasing him" and dragged me to her and Dad's room. Before I knew it my shorts and briefs were off and I was laying across her lap. She definitely got me good.

Has anyone else had experience where they expected someone else to be smacked but you ended up being the one getting it?
