Absolutely hated getting smacked by Dad cause being a tradie he's a big stocky bloke and he handed out whopping big whacks on me and my brothers when needed.

Our parents knew this and Dad smacked a lot more than Mum in our home. 3 boys could easily get rowdy, but an iron hand on the bottom did a lot to keep us in line
