Yes when I was 10 and my younger brother was 7 we were dropping army men toy with parachute out the second floor window when the screen fell. We told dad that the screen fell and what we were doing. We watched him put the screen back and he said we both were going to get spanked. My brother went first over the knee over clothes and got 3 swats. I was next. I got five swats over clothes over the knee and they were not hard. I was shocked
