Those of you who grew up before the 1980s, when you had chickenpox, did your parents threaten to spank you if you scratched them?
Would your parents even consider spanking you if you're sick?
How many of you, ended up with pot-holders duck-taped over your hands so that you couldn't scratch?
Or did your parents not care if you scratch or not?
For that matter, did anyone growing up in those times manage to avoid chickenpox altogether?
