Could be. Been a long time ago. I am sure 14/15 year old me thought I could find her signature without thinking through the logistics. It looked like a yearbook page with every spot on the wood covered in ink. I think it had been some time since the paddle had been used. The coach kept it hanging for decoration but no one in my social circle knew of her having the authority to use it.

My only school paddling came from an assistant principal and signing the paddle wasn't a thing.
