Well, I'm not going to get into debating what it's called. It's just not that important. At least I don't think so. I raised my boys in an apartment. A rather convenient apartment that was very near the church where I worked. The important thing was that it was home to them.

But I did find your use of the term "family room" interesting. So I was wondering, did your house have both a family room and a living room? Or are you perhaps using the terms interchangeably? Or is there perhaps a difference between a family room and a living room?
