Another example was when I was 12 and got my annual physical. Anyone get their medical exams with your sister present? I remember when I was about 12 or so getting a physical with my sister and mom in the room. When it came time for the testicular exam, I was instructed to drop my pants and lay back on the table.
My sister's eyes were glued to my penis and balls the entire time I was exposed like that. It was probably only a minute but felt like an eternity. I could tell she loved being able to see. I pulled my pants up quickly after the exam was over. I kept hoping she would be examined next but it was not to be! She never mentioned it to me but I could tell she felt a sense of superioty after that. When I complained to my mom it was "she's your sister and a little girl!"

Not exactly, but my doctor's nurse was the mom of a girl from my class. I saw this lady regularly as a room mom or on field trips. In an attempt make things less awkward, she would talk to me about school and her daughter and other people we mutually knew. This made things MORE awkward, not less. My mom was there as well and would bring up things like a genital rash or other embarrassing medical conditions. This was grade school through middle school. And yes, she saw me naked during that time. I was so happy when she left for another job!
