Are the three boys getting used to being naked after their baths?
Are you considering letting them be naked all of the time at home like you were?

they are 5 8 10, and yes I have but it would be a big conversation to have with them, they arent shy around me but being naked around others is a still a big challenge for them. they dont have as many allergies problems i had as a kid either, but when they were still in diapers they all 3 had a terrible time rashes.

Meeting challenges head on are what makes us stronger.
If it is a challenge for your three sons to be naked, in their own home, with others around then taking on that challenge head on would be good for their character.
I would bet that eventually they would get used to others seeing them naked in their own home and it would no longer be a challenge to them at all....it would all be 'ho hum'.

I think making it a house rule would be best.
If you just 'encourage them often' then they will get the message that it is up to them what state of dress they are in when at home.
