If you went to a nude beach or naturist resort when young, did you ever fidget with your penis or vulva in a nonsexual way? I have heard of people rolling the end of their foreskins, shaking their penis back and forth, and gently moving their vulva back and forth.

I guess it could happen, but if they do it and not realize they are doing it then they wouldn't remember doing it.

Absolutely. Although I have no specific recollections, I'm sure that I did. Most children (myself included) discover from a very young age, usually as toddlers, that touching their genitals is pleasurable. And, at that age, when something is pleasurable they want to repeat it. It's a normal and natural response. I certainly remember, as a toddler, playing with my penis either in the bath or in the paddling pool and getting an erection. And as long as it was in private my parents wouldn't discourage it.
As an adult, I've often seen young kids 'playing' with themselves in a naturist or nudist setting. Oftentimes they are not even aware they are doing it. It's almost a subconscious thing at that age. Most parents seem to either ignore it and the child usually stops pretty quickly anyway; or they simply distract them with something else.
Possibly the most 'unusual' thing I ever saw was on a nudist beach where a little girl, around 4-years-old, was rubbing a tennis ball on her vulva. Again I'm not sure she was even really conscious of what she was actually doing, but I can imagine the texture of the material probably felt quite pleasurable.

I am not cetain as I always was nude as boy at home. My much older sister was in charge of aiming me sometimes like a mom would do and I never objected.

When you say that your " much older sister was in charge of aiming me sometimes like a mom would do", do you mean that your older sister 'aimed' your urine stream when you had to pee?
From what age to what age was she in charge of aiming you?
Was she put in charge of that task by your mom, and if so, did your mom show her how to aim your urine stream and to give your penis a little shake after you finished to get the last few drops out as well?
If you were not cut at birth was she advised to retract your foreskin a bit to expose the pee slit before you peed?

Yes, I would stretch my foreskin and squeeze the end of my penis often when naked and talking to adults, it was non-sexual but happened a lot when I was a bit stressed or thinking and so I would fidgit with it. On some level it was soothing. I definitely remember doing it, even though it was an unconscious action, as I was sometimes told to stop although it was usually not a problem. The only reason I was told to stop was because I would make it sore, I don't think anyone was ever offended.

As a young girl I can definitely recall two things directly related to this subject. First being told on many occasions "stop that" which referred either to when I was seen rubbing my favorite stuffed animal Mr Sniffles the elephant between my legs at night usually after my bath while I was wearing no panties under my nightgown or when I'd just unconsciously rub myself in front of someone.
I also can vividly remember my older brother also getting yelled at for having his hand in his underwear.

I was one of those boys that went to nudist beaches long ago. I dont remember fidgetting that much. I just remember my mom kept me naked on beach that I really did not even think of being naked.
Insead of figetting I would get girls comment, I didnt know it did that, or just be 100 yards away playing. What I saw more indirectly is other being comfortable about this and others joining.
