Hi, yes I had to deal with shrinkage. I went nude at the beach up to when puberty started (for me late 14), so I was a late developer and also like you I was very small anyway I was not overweight but had a bit of a fat pad around my penis and undescended testes, and overall looked much younger than my age with my clothes off, especially at 13- 14. So with the water and air I would quickly shrink and retract the same way to having a little bit of foreskin poking out and as my scrotum was pretty pink and flat anyway and would pull up more, I would quickly look like a girl.
The older girls in the group thought this was hilarious especially when I occasionally got mistaken for a little girl which at 12 to 14 was acutely embarrassing.
In this state I could still look ambiguous even with a little reflex erection and found I was treated much younger once in a naked state.
