Assuming it was a public beach, was he the only boy there that age that was naked on the beach?

Being a nudist I suppose it didn't bother him being naked in front of everyone at the beach.
Did other people or kids there make comments about his nudity?

I did not know nudists and no one really called themselves that long time ago.

I knew a few boys always naked in summer even riding bikes naked to each others houses. One boy was intentionally be raised nude even though his sisters were not. I was told I could do same till certain age if I wanted but not required. I often did, though it was required at beaches and pools...

I would love to hear more about the boy who was intentionally raised to be nude. Was there anywhere he was allowed to wear clothes? Or did he have to stay naked always? At what age did his parents start letting him wear clothes?

Of course he wore clothes to school, because home schooling was for lazy people.

If we went to his house we would just take clothes off out of habit to be more comfy. We did not need to be told to because it was habit at time, before puberty for same areas in Florida. His sister was my age and sometimes wore bottoms only. Oddly mom was always covered up and conservative. It was just way things were at times.

If it was a summer beach day, we went to lagoon side, or walked out to known spot and half to three quarters boys did same thing.

Did the other kids at school know that he wasn't allowed to wear clothes outside of school? Did he ever wish that he was allowed to wear clothes?

You might be making more to it than there is.

On a country road in hot summer, a boy riding from one house to another was OK if far from town or on way to beach. Playing naked in back yard was OK. It just was more causual to do it as much as he did and lots of other boys did it less frequently too.

If I gave percentages it would sound exagerated today/
