Is there a reason that you only allow your boys to strip out their speedos when in secluded or not very frequented places?
I totally agree with you when you say, "I think all prebubescent children(boys especially) should be naked not only at home but also at the beach".
The human body is a fantastic creation and shouldn't be hidden away, especially so when they are young.
It isn't a coincidence that the sculptors of the past sculpted statues of young boys, as they seen the beauty that was there to be seen and appreciated.
I may have missed it, but did you mention the ages of your boys in a post here at some time?

There are a lot of prudes in my country and someone might call the police or something.

Thank you for the reply to my post.
In my opinion, boys in the age range of your boys look cute romping around innocently while they are naked.
Too bad there are so many prudes in all of the countries.
I remember when my friends and I would go skinny dipping in some farmer's pond, but because of those prudes you mention boys today can't enjoy that freedom anymore.
And we weren't little kids either, we were into our early teens.
