I know this is not the answer you want to hear, but I think your parents are the best judge of this. My sixteen year old babysitter is an academic and athletic superstar and an assistant Sunday School teacher in our church. She is so mature I permit her to spank my young kiddos. I was surprised when her mom told me that she occasionally is spanked.

You and my babysitter are fortunate.I was less fortunate in that my parents did not believe in spanking. Thankfully I have learned its value before mine are too old.

I suggest you work with your parents on making reasonable household rules. And if you behave they will undoubtedly loosen up.
