Consider yourself very fortunate. I have a daughter your age, 17. Her name is Stacie. In our house I am the disciplinarian. I use a thick leather strap and unlike you, Stacie does not remain in her panties. Instead she is given several hard licks of the leather directly across the cheeks of her bare buttocks.
We also believe that behavior not age determines when spankings are no longer necessary. I suspect your parents feel the same way.
