Shelly, Thank you for sharing that with me. For me one of the nice things about spankings is that they are over quickly. I have no desire to length it with additional pile on punishments.

I do use corner time as a standalone punishment, mostly for a reset with unacceptable behavior not serious enough to earn a spanking.

I am not critical of other parent's views on this. It is just what works for me at this time.
