Subject: it's been 6 years and we haven't moved anywhere.

when i met this guy online about 6 years ago, i had no romantic intentions. after knowing e/o for 4 yrs, he started calling me for long chats and then we decided to meet...and we had a bad meeting, he was very nervous and was very different from what he was like on the phone/net. after that, he still calls about once every two weeks, and now, 2 yrs after our first & only mtg., everytime i suggest that we meet again he never says no, but doesn't say yes either...simply avoids answering. ever since he began calling me, i've been to him, but i don't know if he is to me. lately i've been considering just flat out telling him how i feel about our relationship, an ultimatem or something. i'm just tired of waiting for him to come around, should i keep on talking to him or just move on?
