I've queried 114 data bases for information on "deferred sense of responsibility" and received only two "qualitative" replies:

1. One from Dogpile Data which explained that my request was under consideration, but that I should not place any reliance upon the quality of the results, if any, and

2. One from Jeeves which notified me that I do not exist and suggested that I upgrade my browser to avoid any future script errors.

We obviously can conclude that "deferred sense of responsibility" refers to the current paradigm.
