I think taking the role of "unspoken leader" is imperative. Someone needs to take it (I think that phrase has a double meaning- take the role, and take the sh$^). I think in the long run I just can't believe how little would get done if no one stepped up and led. thanks for all the advice. I think I have learned from everyone that you just have to avoid it or deal. That is true for most things in life. I have another question for you all sometime. I think I will save it for later when I have more research done in it myself. Thanks, Max
