But, unnh, what about taxes, or fees for maintaining and
operating the ship ? How does that work ?

The Blue ship is managed as a condominium, sorta.

As much of the ship as possible is privately owned property.
That which must be communal is controlled, and paid for, by
the owners of the private property.

The fee that the owners pay is based on an assessment of square
foot value of each parcel, and that was established, and set, before
any parcels were sold. The condo fee is based on that ‘launch value’ ,
and cannot be changed without unanimous agreement of the owners.
Your fee is determined by the percent of ‘launch value’ that you own.

Of course, the fee varies as the cost of operation varies, you pay your set
share. But, you also control the ship, and it’s expenses, in proportion to
your share of ownership.

What that means, de-facto, is that the five folks who own most
of the ship decide what happens. But, they usually do things well.
I can sell my property to many eager buyers and make a very fine
return on my investment.

LOL, I expect to make a huge profit when you buy one of my rooms, and
when you see what we have, you will be happy to make my day.
