She stated softly, he had been there through all her problems and helped her as much as he could to get through things. She wouldn't be where she was now if he hadn't been so supportive of her. A small smile played on her lips as she looked down at him, leaning to press a kiss to his lips, lingering there for a moment as she brushed his hair back from his face. "I just want you to be ok, you know that baby? I'm not trying to change you or anything... I just want you to be here with me for a long time." His arm around her tightened as he pulled her closer to him, his eyes lightly shut as he returned her kiss sweetly, and then nodded a fraction. "I know, B... And I want to be here with you for a long time..." He promised her softly, for what it was worth. No matter what direction his life went, he always wanted her to know that he wanted to be with her. They had already lost a few years to their own selfish ways when they weren't getting along, and he never wanted things to be like that again - he was just thankful that neither of them had had the guts to call off the charade.
