FIRST: HAPPPPY FRIDAYYY

SECOND: Congrats Shawn on the weight loss! I have now lost 17 lbs on my diet. Gawd all I see is SKINNY. Doing good so far.

THIRD: YES, we are still on for the 23rd!! Since Cheryl is now home and NOT working..she cant back out. Unless Davis comes early and if that is the case, then lunch is at the hosp cafeteria!! haha

Does Irving sound ok to everyone? Or do I need to go closer into Dallas??? Just let me know asap!

I do NOT have a man in my life. UGGGHHHHH But its okay cuz if I did I'd be gaining back all my weight that I've lost in 6 weeks time. *skinny skinny skinny* thats what I keep telling myself.

Okay well Im gone, dad and I are off to the races this weekend. Bright and sunny at my house all day but its pouring at his... :-(

- Well Steve, I have just cut back on what and how I eat. No fried foods, no rice 4 times a week (gawd I love rice), and no cokes. I drink diet dr peppers, steamed rice 1 time a wk...and i grill a lot. I cut my portions in half - it was hard at first, but it will pay off in the long run!! (NT) -- Mary, 17:42:05 06/10/01 Sun
