She reflects over Big Brother's response... It did indeed sound promising, but how much of it would actually happen? The mare was a little too young to fully understand politics, but she had an oddly mature and cynical way of looking at the world which would affect her loyalties- if there would ever be such a confrontation. Not to mention that she had grown fond of True Evil as a leader, which may have triggered her slight sigh of relief upon his arrival. Despite his rather, well, unsubstantial speech, she was ready to stand by him. You know, she thinks to herself, you're getting carried away...

She collects herself and puts on a rather casual stance. Now is not the time to answer True Evil's question. She is so full of questions herself, and she is suffering from a mild loss of self-control. "Could someone define Evil for me?" she finally asks. "Is it a burning desire for violence and power, or a negative frame of mind, or simply a non-Light? Or any other thing, of course," she adds hurriedly.

"Most horses are denied a territory before even having the chance to prove they can respectfully hold one. It is, in fact, infinitly impossible, no matter the circumstances you put before us in an attempt to defend your side," He says pointedly. Then his dark, contemplating eyes turn towards the 'free spirit' [no, you'll never live it down] and smile slightly. Oh the questions that have been brought forth in this day and age. "Evils do not have to be bloodthirsty or violent. I just believe Evils are more intelligent and see both sides of life, good and bad. Lights are portrayed as being happy-go-lucky, and always loving and friendly. Evils are truly in the right, I believe, because we accept that there are times for passion and times for hatred. We have enemies, and we are allowed to have them. We are allowed to hate, and we do. Is that a little clearer?" He asks after yet another speach is deluded.

However, he thinks on True Evil's request for another chance. Did he deserve another chance? "Do the same properties for applying for a territory also apply to becoming King?" He says, thinking aloud.
