Her keen grey eyes caught the Dancer's increase in speed and she pushed her mare faster, thoughts runnig in a jumble...c'mon girl, you can do it, faster, faster...Silver Dawn nipped back at the other's steed, galloping at a breathtaking speed toward the tree, legs extending to their limit...Dawn's breath was coming in gasps and sweat stood out on her hide as she neared the finish...
