*She picks up her sword, practicing the intricate patterns of thrusts and parries with intense concentration. Finally satisfied that she had made progress, she sheaths her sword and does some target practice, splitting a leaf with a single arrow. Nodding her approval, she sat down at the base of the tree and placed one long-fingered hand on the bark, eyes closed, thoughts detecting the hum of life beneath the surface....she sat in perfect silence for a moment, simply letting her thoughts drift through the sounds of the forest around her...achieving peace, she stood up, suddenly aware of her hunger. Smiling she turned to Dalamar* "Well, what's to eat around here..."
