Subject: hiya boyfriend Author: medeis [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 17:39:11 06/20/01 Wed In reply to: Boyfriend 's message, "A public apology" on 12:46:55 06/20/01 Wed okay this totally bites, this is my third letter to you. the first i had to stop because of thunderstorms. the second i am at work and got called away, so this is the third. if i get called away again i am just going to post it and continue it later!!!!!! anyhow i really liked your letter. i have a really hot temper too even though you may think i am calm and cool in what i post. if you were to ask the people here at work they would tell you the truth. tonight i was very cranky with someone and i feel bad about it, but the whole situation was so totally annoying and a waste of my time that i took it out on this sort of receptionist type and she is really nice and rather defenseless. so i get mad at myself for getting mad at them. they cant help it. this happens every day it seems like...those little tantrums, little childish things i do. i dont like this about myself. grrrrr. i'm getting all mad about it. lol! so i dont take proud at being calm, maybe it seems i am, but i am not really. anyhow i just mention it because when you say "i dunno i just was" i sure do identify with you!!! *grin* my opinion on your original letter is that it was not offensive. you spoke with your own personal perspective. i was glad you posted and i said so. i am the person who responded to you first. i felt that your letter was sent in the spirit of furthering discussion on the subject. i just want to reassure you that i did see your post on the position of men as a friendly reply! lets see, what next...storm's the best! (just had to put that in there). ok and here's the last bit. i tend to use some big words too. i think you are a pretty smart guy as evidenced by your letter. i refuse to talk down to you, now that would be patronizing. so let's make a deal, if you cant find it at dictionary.com or if you disagree about some word, then lets talk first. i use dictionary.com all the time. i usually have a window open to that page b/c my spelling is so horrible. also that way i can check other peoples stuff. like that one guys usage of "eschewed". think i got that off the top of my head? hell no! i looked it up! lol! ok, gotta run now, see ya later!
