 Exactly what I mean. The meditation I told you about can help in this manor also. I can only tell you the things I learned over the years. You will find what works for you and build from there. You and I are very similar in many ways, but I hate to be touched in a general sense. I incline my head in a small bow instead of touching hands. Touching is too intimate and helps me control my gift; especially around other empaths. Your shielding has to be stronger than for regular people who can sense a shift, but other empaths can feel and munipulate if they learned to do this. In person I am quiet and watchful. Serious and charming depending on my mood. Here I can be more friendly than I would in reality.
