hey medeis and storm! i'm home! wow, does it feel great to be home. for someone that hated the very thought of leaving southern california, washington's really grown on me...
medeis, i fly just about every month. my hatchling's first flight was when he was 3 weeks old, and has been flying every month ever since. we have grandparents to visit, after all! :0)
i love flying.
okay! polly answer time...
1. if i could change one thing about the board, what would it be? graphics! graphics! graphics! then again, this board's just in its fledgling stages still, so we can all work to make this board something spectacular. for a board forum just starting out, i really liked what i saw. part of the reason it drew me out of my lurking... :0)
2.) what time of the day do i consider to be the most calming? i'd have to say eventide as well. after the sun has gone to bed but before darkness has settled her blanket across the land...it just seems the entire world is kicking off its shoes, settling on the porch with a glass of lemonade or mint julep, and just taking that all-encompassing sigh of calm. know what i mean?
3.)animals or humans? animals
4.) wings or gills? wings! (although if i were a mermaid --fantasy of mine-- obviously i'd need gills...)
5.) magic or strength? magic all the way, baby
6.) medieval or fantasy worlds? how about a fantasy medieval world? lol and if i can't have my cake and eat it too, then fantasy.
7.) do i think there's life on other planets? of course! they just live too far away to have gotten here yet. then again, in the great words of calvin & hobbes: "the greatest sign there's intelligent life on other worlds is that they haven't come here." :0)
8.) do you believe them to be like our forest with special powers etc, or like the mortal human race? mortal human race. can't escape plain ol' physics, people. ha ha
9.) what would be your ideal world? wow, that would take too long and be too in-depth to explain
10.) are you material or spiritual? little bit of both. wish i were more spiritual...
11.) if you are material, what would you regard as your most prized posession? my music collection, ha!
