So you are agreeing with me that she had the right idea? And no, I wouldn't lump everyone into the same basket. I am just curious, seeing that our system and form of government
hasn't produced anything in the last 28 years. Nothing sustainable, nothing to call our own. We are still very dependent on outside assistance. If anything, we have gone backward. Is that the idea of development? Would greater autonomy to the provinces and regions produce the desired results?
